Markets and participation

Institutional digital asset trading

BOX is being developed as a Bahamas-based multi-asset exchange for professional market participants. The planned trading experience connects eligibility, order management, liquidity and post-trade records, with product access subject to the confirmed offering and applicable approvals.

Planned platform. Launch and services remain subject to applicable approvals.

From an order to a settled trade

An instruction, an execution and a settlement are different events. The proposed BOX workflow makes those stages distinguishable so participants can understand what has been requested, what has traded and what obligations remain.

  1. Establish eligibility

Account access begins with identity, organization and permission checks. Eligibility for a particular instrument or jurisdiction is a separate decision from being able to sign in.

  2. Confirm available value

Funding arrangements determine what is available, reserved or pending. Supported assets, networks and funding conditions will be documented before onboarding.

  3. Define the instruction

An order identifies the eligible market, direction, quantity and supported price conditions. Participants need to understand order validity and cancellation rules before submitting.

  4. Follow execution

An accepted order may remain open, execute partly or execute fully against eligible liquidity. Submission alone does not guarantee a trade.

  5. Review settlement

Execution records and settlement records answer different questions. The final arrangement must explain balance changes, outstanding obligations and any withdrawal conditions.

Digital assets and tokenized instruments

The intended market scope includes digital assets and tokenized instruments. That scope is a development direction, not an approved listing schedule. A tokenized instrument can have its own transfer conditions, investor restrictions and settlement arrangements; those details must be understood for each product.

No supported asset list, trading pair list, fee schedule or launch date is announced on this website. The symbols and prices in the homepage terminal are illustrative and are not live market data.

What institutions can discuss before launch

A productive initial conversation starts with the operation behind the trading requirement. Institutional traders and liquidity providers can describe the markets they need, their organization and their reporting expectations without providing confidential account information.

  • Market coverage and the instruments of interest.
  • Order connectivity, market-data consumption and reconciliation needs.
  • Authorized representatives, approval responsibilities and operational support.
  • Liquidity-provider requirements and proposed participation.

BOX-specific API specifications, access terms and service commitments are not yet published. Capabilities of an underlying technology provider do not establish availability of a BOX product.

Asset authority is separate from trading access

The intended model distinguishes permission to enter an account, permission to place orders and authority to move assets. Final custody, recovery and withdrawal arrangements will be described in product documentation before participation.

Is BOX open for trading?

No trading or account funding is available through this website. A business inquiry or update subscription is not an account application, eligibility decision or commitment to provide liquidity.
